Situated on the silvery sands of Mabul Island beach, Borneo Divers Mabul Resort makes a cozy and comfortable home for divers and non-divera alike. Besides the many dive sites near Mabul, divers can access the diving sites of Sipadan and Kapalai also from here.
The resort consists of 15 bungalows, each with two private rooms connected to it. The rooms, made of hardwood, are designed for double occupancy with either a double bed or two single beds in them. Each room has its own balcony that fronts on to either the swimming pool, or the lawn, or the Celebes Sea itself. Every room has air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom, safe for depositing valuables, wardrobe, facilities for making tea and coffee, and plug point and adaptor.
There is a common dining hall and bar which serves excellent seafood besides other local dishes and Chinese, Japanese, Asian, and international delicacies. Other areas that serve everyone are a swimming pool, conference center, TV room, massage parlor, Jacuzzi, library, soccer field, volleyball court, lounges, and video center.
Mabul's dive center is just at your door step when you stay at Borneo Divers Mabul Resort, while short boat journeys will take you to the sites of Kapalai and Sipadan.
